Taylor Quinn (she, her), MA, LPC, C-PD

I strongly value and emphasize the importance of deep connection and unconditional positive regard for my clients. Though I believe it is natural to experience pain and suffering throughout our lives, I perceive therapy as a means to empower my clients to work through it. Through the therapeutic experience, it is my ultimate goal to aid my clients in achieving a sense of freedom and fulfillment. I am invested in providing guidance and support throughout each individual’s growth and healing journey by cultivating a safe and supportive environment to explore issues, gain self-awareness, and develop the skills and strength necessary to overcome life challenges. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, combining my knowledge of Attachment Theory with techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Therapy, Play Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to assist my clients in accomplishing their goals. I prioritize and highlight the importance of meeting my clients where they are at in the process, understanding each person has unique needs.
