In life, we focus on the what’s next, the what ifs, and how comes. Understanding ourselves in all stages of our lives is crucial to growth and continued self-compassion. As an avid runner, I believe we all can cross the finish line. Therapy is not a sprint it’s a marathon. There will be some forks in the road, beautiful paths, and uncertainty about where the finish line is, but I believe in the power of the journey.
I don’t believe that therapy is a one-size-fits-all. Therefore, my approach is tailored to your personal experiences and processes. Working with clients from week to week may bring about some emotional pain or even feelings of empowerment. I always let the client drive, but I will have a map on hand. No one is meant to figure it all out on their own. Therapy is beneficial at any stage of life. Whether it be the good times, the bad times, or the in-betweens, I would love to help you navigate through life.
