Counseling for Individuals

Individual Therapy

In Individual Therapy, we will work together to look for ways to make changes, addressing the problems that are getting in your way of having the life that you deserve and want.

Our hope is that through our work in therapy, new ways will present themselves and you will be able to see and view life’s problems differently.

We realize that no two people are the same and as such we tailor therapy to meet the specific needs of our clients. We wholeheartedly believe that you are the expert of your life. We’re only here to help guide you in whichever direction you choose, equipping you with new tools for you to utilize.

Together, we would address matters such as:

  • ADD/ADHD
  • Alcohol and Drug Problems/Abuse
  • Anger Management
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Career Planning and Life Goals
  • Cultural Transition Difficulties
  • Depression/Bipolar Disorder
  • Eating Disorders and Body Image Concerns
  • Grief and Loss
  • Impulse Control Issues
  • LGBTQIA Challenges
  • Life transitions
  • Parenting Challenges
  • Personal Growth
  • Relationship and Family Conflicts
  • Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem Development
  • Stress Management
  • Self-Injury

Using a strength based, solution focused approach, our counselors help individuals move towards a place of empowerment and positive growth.
