I work with people to help them discover inner meaning and find the courage that they need to navigate through the challenges and suffering in their lives. I believe that everyone is capable of creating structure out of chaos. We have to learn how to take responsibility for the areas of our lives that we can directly change, and at the same time, not let the areas that we can’t control stop us from living full, meaningful lives. Life can have a way of wearing people down to the point where we feel trapped. As we work together, we will build systems that help you bear the burdens of life and persevere despite life’s many challenges.
