Being a child and especially a teenager these days is not easy. There are so many pressures that have to be navigated through. These can come from peers, school, develomental age, family dynamics and even the society at large. These problems can then carry over to the relationships experienced with family members, making it a difficult situation at home for everyone. Some of these pressures and problems are:

  • Feeling misunderstood by peers and parents or feeling all alone
