Beatrice Cross (she, her), MA, LCPC

While I identify as a personal-centered therapist, I believe in taking an integrative approach and utilizing components from various theories including Cognitive behavioral therapy, Narrative therapy, Solution-focused therapy, and family systems. I have experience utilizing different techniques such as play therapy and trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am EMDR trained.

Regardless of your motivation for seeking out therapy, it is important to understand that anyone can benefit from having a safe space where they can work through any stressors including grief-related issues, life transitions, trauma, and relational issues. I look forward to being in that safe space on your journey to healing.
