While trying to integrate different types of therapies into sessions depending on the needed help, I am happy to have sessions with you and open up the space for your voice to be heard and for you to feel vulnerable at your own pace. Especially since, as an individual and upcoming therapist, I’ve seen the stigma that surrounds mental health, whether it is due to culture, status, or thoughts on mental health in general. Coming into therapy is a huge step for individuals to take, happy that you are taking in and reaching out for help.

Clinical Areas of Interest/Training
I worked with domestic violence victims at Mujeres Latinas en Accion for my undergraduate internship and completed my 42-hour training. Within this non-profit organization, we helped individuals who were being abused or were getting the services they needed. I co-facilitated a group with my supervisor over a 12-week group with a diverse group of women.
I hope to work with and gain experience with adolescents, adults, couples, individuals, and families.
At the moment, I work here at Thriving Lives Counseling as an administrative assistant as well.
Education
I received my Bachelor of arts in Psychology and a Minor in Human Services from National Louis University. I am currently attending National Louis University for my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and expect to graduate in June 2025.

I do not have a license yet, but I am a Clinical Mental Healthg Counseling Intern, and I hope to have my license by June 2025.
