Everyone struggles with daily issues whether it is stress, anxiety, depression, or just having a rough patch in life. It is important for individuals to have a safe and genuine place to be able to work through their issues, judgment-free. It is my goal to help you work through your issues and towards strength and independence. I want to work with you through collaboration and consistency in our therapeutic relationship to provide the fullest and most appropriate guidance possible.

I use a combination of therapies that are tailored to fit you, the client, that will help you accomplish your goals in life. I work with children, adolescents, and adults in all areas of concern. I am available days, evenings, and weekends to fit all schedules.

Clinical Areas of Interest/Training

Clinically, I have experience working with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Anger Management, Self-Injury, Family Conflict, Intimate Partner Relational Problems, Eating Disorders, Psychotic Presentations, Crisis, Trauma, and Parenting Support.
I have previously worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, homeless shelters, community health agencies, and in private practice.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. My internship was completed at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. I worked in the emergency room with children, adolescents, adults, and their families who were in crisis and dealing with suicidal and/or homicidal ideations, extreme anger and self-harm, or psychosis, to the point that their ability to keep themselves and others safe was in question. I also spent a good amount of time on the inpatient psychiatric floor as well as in the outpatient partial program.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois. My license number is 178.013412.
