Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or in a funk? Do you find yourself struggling with daily life, or just need someone to listen who isn’t a friend or family member? You’re not alone, and seeking support is a courageous first step toward healing and growth.

I offer a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your feelings and begin your journey toward emotional well-being. With a person-centered approach, I meet you exactly where you are, guiding you through the process of building trust and understanding yourself better. Whether you’re dealing with past trauma, navigating the complexities of substance use, or experiencing struggles in relationships, I’m here to support you as you work toward becoming a healthier, happier version of yourself.

Together, we will focus not just on finding coping skills but on understanding how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, empowering you to make meaningful changes. I utilize evidence-based practices that can help you manage anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, while also helping you build stronger relationships.
